Attorney Luis Yañez
For over 10 years, attorney Luis Yañez has had nothing but dedication and passion for proper law demonstrated for El Paso and its surrounding cities and its residents. Born in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, Mr. Yañez came to El Paso at the age of 13. From a young age, Mr. Yañez knew that defending and helping his people was all he wanted.
Mr. Yañez attended the Thomas M. Cooley Law School and has a background in criminal defense, family law, and personal injury. Mr. Yañez has seen the law’s spectrum in multi-faceted approaches. He’s been nominated for Best Of El Paso Top 10 Under 30.
Mr. Yañez specializes in family law (divorce, custody, all visitation rights, etc.), all criminal law, federal law, personal injury law, traffic law, and immigration law.

David Chavez
David M. Chavez was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. He graduated magna cum laude from New Mexico State University with a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications and a supplementary major in Law & Society before earning his law degree from South Texas College of Law – Houston in 2013. He joined the Law Offices of Luis Yañez in 2018, focusing on various legal matters, including personal injury, probate, breach of contract, debt collection, business litigation, family law, criminal law, and general civil litigation matters. He specializes in probate, civil litigation, personal injury, guardianship, and traffic.

Attorney Alejandra Valdez
Attorney Alejandra Valdez grew up in El Paso, Texas, and attended The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), where she obtained a Bachelor’s in Political Science in 2016. She then attended St. Mary’s University School of Law and graduated with her Doctorates in Jurisprudence in December of 2019. She then became a licensed attorney in April 2020 and has been with the Yañez family ever since. Becoming a lawyer was her lifelong dream, and every step of her life has led her down this path. Fueled with passion, she has climbed the ranks since joining the team. She specializes in convictions, family law, probate, and traffic.
